What do I do with my previous PC?

You have the option to trade-in or outright sell it to us. We provide a fair market value for your PC. Prices are always negotiable for your previous PC.
Can I return a product?

Of course! JoBos will take returns within 30 days of your purchase. We will not be able to cover shipping costs and have a flat $10 fee for pick-up. We will gladly refund the PC in its entirety. Warranties can be refunded, but there can not be a claim within 30 days of your purchase.
How do I know the right PC for me?

The perfect PC for you should have all the specs needed for its task while being within your budget. We provide consulting to walk you through the perfect PC if you do not know where to start.
Are there any warranties?

Yes! JoBos will provide a variety of warranty packages at different price points. All of these will be at point of sale. Our warranty policy will be sent via email per request.
